mccain he's known for his anti kremlin sentiment he's good friends with kerry isn't he do you think kerry could build relations with russia or could we perhaps expect the reset all of that reset which we saw hillary clinton supposedly achieve and well i think i think they're going to try. again. senator kerry's primary strength is his ability to give speeches that hit all of the key points and whether he's going to be able to negotiate actual deals behind the scenes and get anything done i think that very much remains to be seen. well it remains to be seen but in what way the sort of support he's going to get with is team will the way that he handles these clearly very challenging times ahead for the u.s. he's a good speechmaker obviously diplomacy is pretty important isn't it but it is and i think that's the unknown with tam he's he's done some. diplomatic visits for the obama administration in the past few years particularly in pakistan but his ability to actually negotiate serious deals is is very much on proven and other than his ability to make speeches i don't think we know an
